I would like to order some tins of flossine and was wondering if I was to order in boxes of 12 could I have a mixture of flavors or do they all have to be the one color.
I have nearly run out of the last batch I bought from you 18 months ago with my FLOXX MAX machine which has been a fantastic buy.

Gary, Your Gelato Cabinet is in a container still being inspected by US Customs in a New Jersey Port. It will be a few more days before we receive it, check it and send it on its way to you. Please be patient a few more days, its out of our control.

Thank you, THANK YOU, thank you for saving us THOUSANDS of dollars. We just received our C.O. and will be opening for business next week. We are practicing making ice cream and Gelato, cakes and novelties to stock in our new equipment. We love the batch machine and all our potential customers and friends are gauking at the magnificent gelato cabinet. We are very excited. Your office was very helpful and saved us a whole bunch of $$$.

We finally got our equipment container to our location near Wellington (New Zealand). We unloaded and installed all the equipment and supplies you sent us and were very happy that everything was there with NO BREAKAGE or DAMAGE at all. We will be ready to open our ice cream shop in a few weeks. We could not have done this without your help in the planning and supply all of the equipment. We hope you will come to visit us soon.
